Dill is a widely grown annual for its large seed heads and leaves. Bouquet dill's early maturing seeds are ideal for pickling. The fresh foliage is a great addition to potatoes, salmon and lamb. The robust plants can reach three feet tall with huge six inch wide yellow flowers.
