Our Story

Located in the Musquodoboit Valley, Growing Atlantic Farm & Nursery is a local greenhouse dedicated to supplying the community with healthy veggie transplants, fall pumpkins, native trees, decorative trees and fruit trees. Our passion for sustainable agriculture and love for nature drives us to provide the highest quality products to our customers.

All of our transplants and trees are started from seed in our greenhouse and grown here on our farm in Cooks Brook, Nova Scotia. The seedlings are cared for daily and inspected for any pests that may hinder their growth. We want to provide you a healthy plant that will produce the best crop that you can grow!

Our trees are either started from seed or propagated from existed trees on the farm. All of our trees over winter outside to ensure that that will survive the fluctuating Nova Scotia climate.
